Today, staggering numbers of people are unemployed. In addition, skilled jobs go unfilled because of the lack of trained skilled workers. Unnecessary poverty continues across generations.
1848 is addressing the skilled labor shortage with a FRESH and HOPEFUL approach.

With the use of Agentic AI, we accomplish incredible things like training up an unskilled student to be a master welder in less than 14 weeks! And by leveraging it for case management, we can increase capacity to 10's of thousands of students effortlessly.
